  • How do I get a quote?
    You can fill out the form on my Get a Quote page. Just tell me what you're after, and I’ll send you a personalised price based on your needs.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Projects start from $50, but final pricing depends on the size, detail, and time it takes. I’ll always give you a clear quote before we start.
  • How long does a project take?
    Turnaround time depends on the project. A logo might take 3–5 days, while a full website design could take 1–2 weeks. I’ll let you know your estimated timeframe once I have the full brief.
  • What type of files will I receive?
    You’ll receive all the final files you need — usually PNG, SVG, or PDF. If you’re getting a website designed and developed, you’ll also be given full ownership and control of the site once the final payment is made.
  • How many revisions do I get?
    Unlike many designers who limit how many changes you can make, I offer unlimited revisions. Your project isn’t done until you’re 100% happy with it — we’ll keep refining it together until it feels just right.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept PayPal and bank transfer for clients in Australia or New Zealand. If you're outside of these regions, payment must be made via PayPal.
  • Do you design for print or digital?
    Both! Whether it’s a poster for print, a logo for your socials, or a full website, I’ll make sure the final files suit where you’re using them.
  • What do you need from me to get started?
    Just a clear idea of what you’re after — images, text, or examples help too. Once we chat and agree on everything, I’ll get to work.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes — I require a 50% upfront deposit before starting any project. This is to secure your booking, confirms your commitment, and ensures we’re both locked in to move forward confidently.
  • How will we communicate during the project?
    We’ll chat by email or your preferred platform — Instagram, TikTok, or whatever works for you. I’ll keep you updated and reach out if I need anything.
